Parent workshops and staff training

All schools local to Frodsham, Cheshire (including Runcorn, Helsby and Kingsley) can access a free 30 minute bitesize introduction to dyslexia. Other sessions range from 30 minute bitesize training sessions/ parent workshops to bespoke half days sessions designed for training days.

Staff training

All sessions focus on either dyslexia or high quality literacy teaching. These range from 30 minute bitesize sessions for teaching assistants to whole staff training sessions, ideal for staff meetings and half days covering dyslexia and literacy strategies which are designed for INSET days. Personalised sessions can be designed on request.

Parent workshops

A range of premade parent workshops are available including topics such as 'what is dyslexia?' 'supporting reading at home' and 'how to help children with spelling'. These can be delivered as a series of workshops. Please get in touch for further information.
